ABOUT US
We are a family run caffe located in central Brighton, just opposite St Peter’s Church a few minutes walk from Brighton train station.
We serve up our own blend of coffee as well as cakes and food that we prepare fresh on site.
Brighton’s best independent Caffe
At least we like to think so. Trying to serve you with the best standard possible. Better than the big chains but with our own personal touch.
Top 10 finalist in The Brighton & Hove Foodie Awards 2011
What does ‘Moksha’ mean?
We know you want to know. You might think it’s just some made-up word, but actually, it does mean something… although exactly what depends on where you look it up.
The ultimate goal of life is liberation of the spirit called “Moksha” in Sanskrit. The realization of the pure self beyond time, space and karma. In that pure self alone is complete and lasting freedom, peace and happiness. (Inner Tantric Yoga – David Frawley)
Moksha frees the soul from all limitations, restrictions and conditions whatsover, conferring full and total satisfaction and peace.
Which we like the sound of. So when you think of us, think of liberation, total satisfaction and peace; three things we think all coffee shops should offer.
If you still have a question that we don’t cover here, get in touch and let us know.
